★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cotei uma peça e eles falaram que tinha a pronta entrega. Fui lá pegar a peça mas eles não tinham a peça a pronta entrega conforme afirmado por WhatsApp. Nada contra a empresa, pelo contrario, as atendentes bem educadas. Bem, deixei a peça encomendada. Estou aguardando confirmação da chegada e cotação de outra peça. Por sorte estava indo em outro local perto da Ecco assim não perdi totalmente a viagem para aquela região.
 I quoted a part and they said it had the ready delivery. I went there to get the part but they didn't have the part ready delivery as stated by WhatsApp. Nothing against the company, on the contrary, the well educated attendants. Well, I left the piece ordered. I'm waiting for confirmation of arrival and a quote for another part. Luckily I was going to another location close to Ecco so I didn't totally miss the trip to that region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrivel sem comprometimento, meses de espera, detalhe serviço pago, soubesse teria saído mais barato comprar uma máquina nova, é toda vez que vc liga eles dizem que perdeu seu cadastro.
Horrible without compromise, months of waiting, paid service detail, I knew it would have been cheaper to buy a new machine, it's every time you call them they say they lost their registration.

I left an air conditioner to see a problem, it took them 3 months to give me a return ... terrible service. You call them and don't answer.

Too bad this company. Technicians who don't know how to detect defects said that it was my air conditioner board and the other day I called other professionals and there was nothing defective on the board.
