★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumprem com o horário de funcionamento, fechamento 20hs e faltando 10 minutos para o encerramento não me atenderam. Gostava do lugar, mas me decepcionei, nao será um lugar que indicarei futuramente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local recém inaugurado em Piracicaba e fui visitar e conhecer o novo modelo de loja. Principais produtos Chopp Haineken e Amstel. Na realidade o que mais me encantou foi quando comprei 3 garrafas de cerveja Haineken e foi acondicionada em um saco plástico com Gelo. Mas eles tem entrega e ainda contam com uma grande área refrigerada para seu produto sair daqui "trincando" . Venha visitar a loja tem estacionamento e fica em local de fácil acesso.
Newly opened place in Piracicaba and I went to visit and see the new store model. Main products Chopp Haineken and Amstel. In fact, what delighted me the most was when I bought 3 bottles of Haineken beer and it was packed in a plastic bag with ice. But they have delivery and still have a large refrigerated area for their product to get out of here "cracking". Come visit the store has parking and is in an easily accessible place.

Hoje fui até a ECHOPE Piracicaba, era minha primeira vez, nunca tinha ido lá, chegando lá já fui atendido de cara pelo um rapaz (darcio)extremamente educado, comprei 30 long neck com minhas amigas, rapaz muito gentil e educado,adorei o atendimento, a cerveja no gelo,a loja bem organizada e com atendimento que vai tanto do caixa como o atendente e ele faz os dois. Muito obgda DARCIO,certeza que iremos passar mais vezes.

Liguei novamente fui atendida por um RAPAZ absurdamente DESPREPARADO que após toda essa palhaçada se achou NO DIREITO de querer TENTAR me dar LIÇÃO DE MORAL. APÓS 2 HORAS CANCELARAM O PEDIDO. Atendimento GROTESCO, compromisso ZERO. Era cliente, garanto que depois de ontem NUNCA MAIS.

I called again and was answered by an absurdly UNPREPARED BOY who, after all this bullshit, thought he had the RIGHT to TRY to give me a MORAL LESSON. AFTER 2 HOURS THEY CANCELED THE ORDER. GROTESCO service, ZERO commitment. I was a customer, I guarantee that after yesterday NEVER AGAIN.
