I loved the tour !! .. beautiful, clean and organized place with super helpful people. On the day I didn't see an alligator, but the beauty of the place and the other animals made up for its lack. Very polite guide and always ready to answer existing questions.

Pleasant and safe walk, where all safety rules are being followed, with the accompaniment of a biologist who gives all the information and attention during the same. Super recommended, for children it is wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para quem, como eu e minha esposa, fomos visitar o RJ e não alugamos carro, essas balsas são de muita ajuda para quem quer ir à praia sem ter que dar uma volta muito grande, ou precisar pegar UBER/99, táxi, ônibus, etc. Nós pegamos a balsa para as pessoas do MUNDO NOVO.
Eles são muito pontuais. Não me recordo de chegarem ou saírem dos pontos fora dos horários descritos na agenda deles e passada aos clientes.
Há 3 pontos de parada: Condomínios, Píer Ecolounge e Píer 1.
O Píer 1 é uma parada em que as pessoas descem quando informam ao piloto, eu e minha esposa queríamos descer lá para visitar outras barracas da praia da Reserva, então, como diariamente ele fazia a mesma rota, que era dos condomínios para o Ecolounge e de lá passava pelo píer 1 que depois retornava aos condomínios, imaginamos que para descer seria seguir esse movimento, mas não, ficamos sabendo disso (informar da descida no píer 1) apenas no último dia, quando paramos no Ecolounge. Ou seja, não descemos no píer 1. Então, informem ao piloto sobre a descida no píer 1 quando entrarem na balsa no primeiro ponto de partida.
No mais, muito bom serviço!
For those who, like my wife and I, went to visit RJ and didn't rent a car, these ferries are very helpful for those who want to go to the beach without having to take a very long ride, or need to take UBER/99, taxi, bus, etc. We took the ferry to the NEW WORLD people.
They are very punctual. I don't remember arriving or leaving the points outside the times described in their schedule and passed on to customers.
There are 3 stopping points: Condomínios, Pier Ecolounge and Pier 1.
Pier 1 is a stop where people get off when they inform the pilot, my wife and I wanted to go down there to visit other tents on the Reserve beach, so, as he took the same route daily, which was from the condominiums to the Ecolounge and from there it passed by pier 1 which then returned to the condominiums, we imagined that to go down it would be to follow this movement, but no, we found out about it (inform about the descent at pier 1) only on the last day, when we stopped at Ecolounge. That is, we don't get off at pier 1. So, inform the pilot about the descent at pier 1 when you board the ferry at the first departure point.
Other than that, very good service!
