★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei 02 edredons sábado dia 04 ( 9:30 da manhã) , deixei pago e não entregaram no prazo dia 7. Cobram mais caro que as outras lavanderias da região e ainda falham na entrega e agora dia 08 ( após eu ligar ouvir um " eswueceesq, quer que eu entregue hoje?" ) recebi os 02 edredons estou completamente irritada . Primeiro que paguei a vista e tinha a nota junto do saco plastico falando " a pagar " e os edredons... 01 de casal bege está inteiro de bolinhas nas duas faces, a etiqueta dele parece que foi passada em um triturador. E o colorido está todo desbotado . E as marcas são Zelo e Artex. Já tinha mandado lavar em outras lavanderias e não tinha tido problema algum em estragar as peças.
Vou abrir reclamação na lavanderia e pedir ressarcimento, estragaram os produtos!!!

And the color is all faded. And the brands are Zelo and Artex. He had already had it washed in other laundromats and had no problem in ruining the pieces.
I will open a complaint in the laundry and ask for reimbursement, they spoiled the products !!!
