★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebi uma parte dos caibros e sarrafos "maquiados" com massa cobrindo os buracos dos nós da madeira. Madeira usada em estruturas que irão suportar carga não pode ter nós e muito menos massa para tapear o cliente! Isso pode provocar acidentes! Coisas de Brasil, infelizmente.
I received part of the rafters and battens "made up" with putty covering the holes in the wood knots. Wood used in structures that will withstand load cannot have knots and much less mass to cover the client! This can cause accidents! Things from Brazil, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Combinam uma coisa e entregam outra, da primeira vez entregaram a porta errada, agora deixam taboas de mais de 5 metros jogadas na minha garagem porque dois homens não podem andar 10 degraus. Prometem que iram fazer a entrega antes das 9h e chegam ao 12h. Literalmente um lixooooo de loja.
They combine one thing and deliver another, the first time they delivered the wrong door, now they leave more than five meters of planks thrown into my garage because two men can't walk 10 steps. They promise they will deliver before 9am and arrive at 12pm. Literally a store dump.
