Além de um projeto mal feito com area de lazer minúscula para quase 700 lotes, após apenas 1 mês de entregue, sem ninguém ter sequer construído, as quadras afundaram sozinhas e os 2 sistemas de esgoto implodiram. Isso mesmo, após apenas um mês de entregue, sem ninguém estar morando. Pensei comigo mesmo: se esta assim sem moradores imagina com quase 700 famílias. Resolvi pedir o Distrato e veio mais uma péssima surpresa. Já há 1 ano e 1 mês que comuniquei à Ecocil minha decisão, são dezenas e dezenas de visitas e ligações sem um retorno quanto a assinatura do Distrato e devolução do valor pago. Desrespeito total com o cliente. Tive que acioná-los judicialmente para receber meu dinheiro de volta.

I have already communicated my decision to Ecocil for 1 year and 1 month, there are dozens and dozens of visits and calls without a return regarding the signature of the Cancelation and refund of the amount paid. Total disrespect for the customer. I had to sue them to get my money back.

Já em relação ao comercial deixa a desejar, negócios incompletos, falta de compromisso comercial, mesmo o corpo diretivo tentando ajudar de uma forma ou de outra. Antes de fechar negócios ficar bem atento na proposta do negócio.
