Mas estão bastante desorganizados, principalmente com a cobrança, 5 meses depois vieram me informar que esqueceram de incluir uma das lavagens, que não é de valor irrisório, na cobrança. O serviço caiu um pouco, mas ainda é bom. Porém, como o problema em relação à cobrança não é o primeiro, suspendi minhas lavagens com a Ecoclean.
It was great! But they are quite disorganized, especially with the collection, 5 months later they came to inform me that they forgot to include one of the washes, which is not of negligible value, in the collection. The service has dropped a bit, but it is still good. However, as the problem regarding the collection is not the first, I suspended my washing with Ecoclean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não conhecia a empresa e encontrei pela internet, pois precisava lavar dois edredons King. Outra empresa já havia falado que não dava nenhuma garantia. A atendente me disse que sim e que nunca tiveram problemas, me passando confiança. Ofereceram outros serviços como a lavagem do sofá que decidi por fazer. Gostei da lavagem dos edredons, pois não danificaram e quanto ao sofá, devo ressaltar o serviço do Amarildo, pois foi quem me atendeu, ficou excelente. Meu sofá é de um tecido claro e estava com muitas manchinhas. Ele tirou praticamente todas, me explicou tudo, me mostrou porque algumas não saíam (que apareciam enquanto estava molhado). Mas, o mais importante foi que depois do sofá seco, ficou como novo e sem aparecer nada. Parabéns a toda a equipe! RECOMENDO!
I didn't know the company and found it on the internet, as I needed to wash two King comforters. Another company had already said that it did not give any guarantees. The attendant told me yes and they never had any problems, giving me confidence. They offered other services like washing the sofa that I decided to do. I liked the washing of the comforters, because they didn't damage and as for the sofa, I must highlight Amarildo's service, because he was the one who answered me, it was excellent. My sofa is made of a light fabric and had many spots. He took practically all of them, explained everything to me, showed me why some did not come out (which appeared while it was wet). But, the most important thing was that after the dry sofa, it was like new and nothing appeared. Congratulations to the entire team! I RECOMMEND!
