★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou usuária da lavanderia Lavsec há muitos anos e nunca tive problemas. Deixo para que lavem , fico para lavar e às vezes espero enquanto passam algumas peças de roupa q não consigo passar em casa. As atendentes são sempre simpaticíssimas e nunca observei nenhum comportamento estranho com as roupas de outros clientes. As roupas nunca se misturam e elas têm muita delicadeza no manejo das roupas. Sou mesmo encantada!
I've been a guest at Lavsec for many years and I've never had a problem. I leave them to wash, I go to wash and sometimes I wait while they pass some pieces of clothing that I can not spend at home. The attendants are always very nice and I have never noticed any strange behavior with the clothes of other customers. The clothes never mix and they are very delicate in handling the clothes. I'm really delighted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costumava lavar a roupa nesta lavanderia. Um dia deixei minha roupa para lavar e secar e combinei de buscar 2 horas depois, 20min depois mudei os planos e resolvi voltar à loja e esperar lá mesmo. Para minha surpresa a roupa já estava na máquina de secar !!
Bem que eu notava que a roupa sempre vinha muito mal lavada. A atendente ficou meio sem jeito e pra mim ficou claro que quando o cliente sai eles encurtam em 80% o tempo de lavagem provavelmente para economizar energia e assim enganam o cliente.
Lamentável
I used to wash my clothes in this laundry. One day I left my clothes to wash and dry and arranged to get 2 hours later, 20 minutes later I changed the plans and decided to go back to the store and wait there. To my surprise the clothes were already in the dryer!
Well I noticed that the clothes always came very poorly washed. The clerk was kind of awkward and for me it was clear that when the customer leaves they shorten the time of the wash 80% probably to save energy and thus deceive the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices a little higher than expected. Machines are old and do not wash or dry well. Employees are nice and friendly, would recommend this place for smaller loads of clothes.
