They don't respect the scheduled time, I've been waiting for more than 1 hour and there's still a person in front of me, since they're so late, they could at least call and let the patients know!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos. Não respeitam horário. Marcam exames demorados com intervalo curto entre pacientes. O que logicamente gera muita espera. Normalmente acima de duas horas.
Se dá valor ao seu tempo, procure outra clínica.
Bad. They don't respect schedule. They schedule long exams with a short interval between patients. Which logically creates a lot of waiting. Usually over two hours.
If you value your time, find another clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no local as 7:30 da manhã apenas acompanhando uma senhora que mora em outra cidade, mas achei a recepcionista super grossa e mal educada. Não teria vontade de voltar outra vez, infelizmente a primeira impressão que fica.
I went there at 7:30 am just accompanying a lady who lives in another city, but I found the receptionist super rude and rude. I wouldn't want to go back again, unfortunately that's the first impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Permanecendo 3 horas no local, 1h30 de atraso, após a realização do exame informam que o resultado vai demorar 15 minutos e já tem mais de 1 hora aguardando. Disseram que já estava sendo digitado e após 50 minutos esperando dizem que agora sim o digitador chegou. Atendimento péssimo, falta de respeito com os clientes.
Staying 3 hours at the place, 1h30 of delay, after the exam they inform that the result will take 15 minutes and they already have more than 1 hour waiting. They said it was already being typed and after 50 minutes waiting they say that now the typer has arrived. Terrible service, lack of respect for customers.

Fui atendida as 12: 30 e saí da clínica as 14 h..
Atendentes mau educados, sem comprometimento.
Fiquei 04 horas na clínica. Isto é falta de respeito com uma senhora de 68 anos.
Não indico pra ninguém.
Too bad. My exam was 11:00 am. I arrived at 10:30 am as requested.
I was seen at 12:30 and left the clinic at 14:00.
Rude, unprofessional attendants.
I spent 4 hours at the clinic. This is disrespectful to a 68 year old lady.
I don't recommend it to anyone.
