Levei minha mãe idosa a ginecologista Roberta, ela fez o atendimento super rápido, não sabe conversar com o idoso, bem grossa, a sala não tem banheiro para trocar a camisola, muito esquisita a sala.
Esperamos não precisar mais dela.
 The receptionist very helpful and polite.
I took my elderly mother to a gynecologist Roberta, she did the service very fast, she doesn't know how to talk to the elderly, very thick, the room doesn't have a bathroom to change her shirt, the room is very strange.
We hope we don't need it anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez que fui ao local para uma consulta e a Dra. Natalia, dermatologista, com seus horários completamente atrasados. Meu horário era às 11hs, ao completar 12hs ainda não havia sido atendida e ainda tinham pessoas que estavam la na minha frente há muito mais tempo que eu. ATUALIZAÇÃO 14/08/20: Após o primeiro ocorrido, recebi um novo contato do gerente do local que se mostrou prestativo a resolver a situação. Remarcou um novo horário pra mim, no qual não houve atrasos e fui muito bem atendida pelos profissionais. Obrigada.
First time I went to the place for an appointment and Dr. Natalia, a dermatologist, with her hours completely late. My schedule was at 11 am, when completing 12 pm I still had not been attended and there were still people who were there in front of me for much longer than me. UPDATE 08/14/20: After the first incident, I received a new contact from the site manager who was helpful to resolve the situation. He scheduled a new time for me, in which there were no delays and I was very well attended by the professionals. Thanks.
