★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima Experiência, compramos nossos pisos em 14/12/2019 A VISTA e, até hoje 28/01/2020 não recebemos. Primeiro, nos prometeram entrega em 7 dias e nada. No sétimo dia fomos informados, porque meu noivo ligou (não tinham dado nenhuma satisfação até então) que os modelos escolhidos não estavam mais em linha, fomos ate a loja no sábado seguinte, e escolhemos um outro modelo, deram outro prazo de entrega e nada! e Depois disso mais 2 prazos não cumpridos, atrasando todo cronograma de obra. Pedimos o estorno do valor e até agora não recebemos. Falta de compromisso, descaso total, e não adianta por a culpa no "antigo dono", sejam honestos, cumpram com o que prometem, é o minimo de respeito que devem ter com os clientes.

We asked for a refund of the amount and so far we have not received it. Lack of commitment, total neglect, and there is no point in blaming the "former owner", be honest, do what you promise, it is the minimum of respect you should have with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo não indico ,comprei em janeiro paguei a vista e o proprietário só enrola agenda entrega pra ganhar tempo e não entrega ,não responde mensagens, não atende ligação até agora nada obra parada por causa dessa loja .

Pois a loja não entregou o material, fomos até lá e o proprietário queria que escolhecemos outro modelo, no que não concordamos pois a obra não podia parar e cancelamos a compra e pedimos o ressarcimento dos valores.
Já se passam três meses que estamos tentando este ressarcimento e é só enrrolação.
O proprietário, quando atende a ligação sempre tem uma desculpa.

Até eu pagar, o atendimento foi excepcional.
Houve atraso para entrega, retorno sobre entrega demorado, sendo necessário ter ido algumas vezes na loja.
Calcularam revestimento a mais.
Tive problema com o piso e foi necessário a troca.
A Toccare disse que Portinari arca com qualquer custo, o que não houve.
Tivemos um gasto maior, a loja disse que ia ressarcir, estamos aguardando retorno fazem 3 meses.
Fomos algumas vezes na loja, com promessa de retorno e até então nada.
Ligo e não atendem.
Mando mensagem e não retornam!
Chegamos a acreditar q realmente tudo ia ser resolvido, mas o descaso nos leva crer q não.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Começou desde a outra loja Ecovile, entregaram caixas a menos e nunca foram repostas uma compra de 40mil, tive que comprar a parte para terminar a obra.
Na mesma compra adquiri um revestimento de parede, como não recebi, entrei em contato com a fábrica, fui informada por eles que a Ecovile só havia pago 50% e se eu não pagasse o restante não receberia, tinha pago a vista mais de 7mil junto com a primeira compra. Ronaldo alegou que estava sem dinheiro e me deu um cheque pré datado e eu paguei diretamente a fábrica. Quando fui depositar o cheque sem fundo e aguardo até hoje.
Hoje ele está nessa loja Tocare lesando mais clientes.
Até quando isso vai continuar?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei as bancadas com o Ronaldo em agosto/2020. Passei meses praticamente implorando pela entrega das bancadas. Todo dia é a mesma conversa, diz que está tudo pronto mas não entrega. Meu contrato de locação vence em dezembro e eu não vou poder mudar para o apartamento novo, porque nenhuma bancada foi entregue. Amigavelmente também não conseguiu a devolução do dinheiro. Comprei paguei e não recebi! Pelos relatos, não sou a única com esse problema. Aos que estão pensando em comprar lá, NÃO COMPRE. Aos que já foram lesados, denunciem. A conduta da empresa não é só ilegal, é criminosa.
