★ ★ ★ ★ ★ as duas torres têm problemas sérios de umidade (mofo), o acabamento externo é direto no bloco, uma judiação. Laje entre apartamentos é muito fina, não há manta acústica então o concreto reverbera o barulho de outros andares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem estacionamento de visitante, a churrasqueira qualquer hora cai em alguma criança, ta toda quebrada com o piso torto, a piscina é minúscula para a quantidade moradores que frequenta. A portaria parece guarita de estacionamento, feia e pra piorar tem um prédio que não vai sair nunca do lugar apesar das promessas. Graças a Deus consegui vender aquela encrenca e sair de lá, o povo acha que é rico, mas não tem onde cair morto.
There is no visitor parking, the barbecue anytime falls on a child, it is all broken with a crooked floor, the pool is tiny for the amount of residents who frequent it. The concierge looks like a parking garage, ugly and to make matters worse there is a building that will never leave the place despite promises. Thank God I managed to sell that trouble and get out of there, the people think they are rich, but they have nowhere to fall dead.
