Péssimo atendimento , principalmente pelo Telefone ,melhor eles nem atente o Telefone... E pior eles não fazem a entrega ,se a casa for nos fundos , Disseram-me que eles n atendem fundos , somente casas da frente.

Teófilo Otoni -MG para Belo Horizonte-MG (capital do Estado) há 450 kms de distância. Hoje dia 29/08, ou seja, 17 dias após a postagem a correspondência aínda de acordo com o site dos Correios a mesma se encontra na minha cidade. Estive na agência local dos Correios no dia 24/08, ou sejam 12 dias após a postagem para apanhar a postagem e fui informado que a correspondência já estava em Contagem-MG, cidade da região metropolitana de Belo Horizonte-MG. Estive hoje verificando no site dos Correios e continua constando q a postagem ainda se encontra nesta cidade. Uma empresa q era orgulho dos brasileiros conseguiu se destruir. PRIVATIZAÇÃO JÁ. ONTEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, uma encomenda estava cm status de 3 tentativas de entrega sem o carteiro nem ter vindo a minha casa, tentei retirar ai, mandei uma pessoa cm meus documentos e uma autorização, mas a semi Deusa q trabalha ai se recusou a entregar dizendo q não era daquele jeito q se fazia uma autorização. Engraçado q se eu, formada em Diteito não sei fazer uma autorização, ela deveria dar aula nas faculdades pra ensinar, alias, to quase levando meu diploma ai pra ela rasgar, pq obviamente ela sabe muuuuuito mais q eu. Me fez perder um dia de serviço pela incompetência e má vontade e lógico arrogância de querer mostrar q manda nas encomendas que chegam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e funcionários preguiçosos! Liguei agora faltando 25 minutos pra fechar, telefone ocupado, tentei 2 minutos depois já não atendem porque fecha às 16:00. Isso porque está pagando pela entrega, imagina se fosse de graça. Correios é um LIXO! Quando não rouba mercadoria, quebra o produto ou é mau atendido!
Terrible service and lazy staff! I called now with 25 minutes to close, phone busy, I tried 2 minutes later they no longer answer because it closes at 16:00. That's because you're paying for delivery, imagine if it was free. Post office is TRASH! When you don't steal merchandise, break the product or receive bad service!
