Too wrapped up to make a budget, I charged several times and they just don't respond, it seems like they're doing their customers a favor, I don't recommend it to anyone!

Meu irmão fez contato com o Edgar, ele ficou de retornar a ligação, mas não retornou.
Fizemos contato com o Edgar por WhatsApp várias vezes, mas nunca tivemos uma visita dele ou da equipe para solucionar o problema.
Na semana passada, ele disse que com certeza viria em Ipatinga e passaria aqui, mas não o fez.
Ele simplesmente não quer agendar um dia e hora para resolver o problema.
Ele age como se tivesse nos fazendo um favor, quando na verdade é dever dele resolver o problema.
Infelizmente, teremos que resolver isso no juizado especial.
I bought a box last month. After 5 days of use it started to open on its own.
My brother made contact with Edgar, he stayed to return the call, but did not return.
We made contact with Edgar via WhatsApp several times, but we never had a visit from him or the team to solve the problem.
Last week, he said he would definitely come to Ipatinga and spend here, but he did not.
He just doesn't want to schedule a day and time to solve the problem.
He acts as if he's doing us a favor, when in fact it is his duty to solve the problem.
Unfortunately, we will have to resolve this in the special court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, jamais farei com eles novamente, pontualidade ZERO, não se preocupam em resolver os problemas, e nem dão a mínima atenção para o cliente. Paguei mais caro pois estava com urgência, além de errarem o meu produto, ainda me deixaram no prejuízo com meu comercio tendo q ser fechado. Era pra ter sido instalado na 3 semana de Novembro... ja estamos no dia 03/12 e nd de resolverem. HORRIVEL
Terrible company, I'll never do it with them again, ZERO punctuality, they don't care about solving problems, nor pay the slightest attention to the customer. I paid more because I was urgently, in addition to making mistakes in my product, they also left me at a loss with my trade having to be closed. It was supposed to be installed in the 3rd week of November... we are already on 12/3 and nd of resolving. HORRIBLE
