Poor service, schedules with client and will not, schedule several times. I prefer Duarte's glazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo, horrivel trabalho...tive que colocar uma estrela pq nao tinha a opcao de zero..em abril/18, meus pais contrataram o serviço deles com previsao de entrega de 30 dias...demoraram uns 3 meses (ou um pouco mais) pra entregar, mas entregaram só metade de um corrimao de escada...no inicio de dez/18 meus pais tentaram conversar para resolver o problema, mas nunca que resolve...precisavam da nota fiscal para reclamar no PROCON, mas ele nao fornece a nota dando mil desculpas..tambem podemos chamar de sonegacao de imposto hein!!! Em suma, pessimos prestadores de serviço..nao entregam nunca, quando entregam, entregam pela metade...falta de respeito ao consumidor total...estou entrando na justiça contra eles.
Terrible, horrible job...I had to put a star because I didn't have the option of zero...in April/18, my parents hired their service with a 30-day delivery forecast...it took about 3 months (or a little bit more) to deliver, but they only delivered half of a stair rail...in the beginning of Dec/18 my parents tried to talk to solve the problem, but never that...they needed the invoice to complain to PROCON, but he does not provide the note giving a thousand excuses..we can also call tax evasion huh!!! In short, terrible service providers...they never deliver, when they deliver, they deliver in half...lack of respect for the total consumer...I'm going to court against them.
