Infelizmente arquei com custos de reboque duas vezes, em que o gerente se propôs a consertar nosso carro (um Audi A3 2002) para eventual diagnóstico. Após o carro ficar lá empoeirado no fim de duas semanas, sem pegar, escutei que a empresa desistiu do serviço alegando simplesmente não tendo um mecânico disponível (mas haviam outros serviços sendo feitos). Me obriguei então em arcar com o segundo reboque, dessa vez de outra empresa. . Um detalhe é que a iniciativa de informar partiu de mim em cobrar, se não o fizesse, levaria mais tempo e ao que notei o carro estava simplesmente largado e foi entregue como estava. Também não houve ressarcimento do translado inicial do carro, que só fiz mediante promessa da empresa de ao menos dar um diagnóstico que sequer foi feito. . Porém deixo claro que minha queixa não é sobre o reboque, nem sobre o transporte do carro, onde isso se mostrou regular e bem realizado.
Unfortunately I had to pay towing costs twice, where the manager offered to fix our car (a 2002 Audi A3) for eventual diagnosis. After the car sat there dusty at the end of two weeks, without starting, I heard that the company gave up on the service claiming they simply didn't have a mechanic available (but there were other services being done). So I forced myself to pay for the second trailer, this time from another company. . One detail is that the initiative to inform came from me to collect, if I didn't, it would take longer and what I noticed the car was simply dropped and was delivered as it was. There was also no reimbursement for the initial transfer of the car, which I only made with the company's promise to at least give a diagnosis that was not even made. . However, I make it clear that my complaint is not about towing, nor about transporting the car, where this proved to be regular and well done.
