★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, pois deixei o carro para reparo em uma sexta-feira e foi dito que o serviço estaria pronto no sábado. Esperei até às 15 horas e nada de ligação, resolvi ir até a loja, ao chegar encontre um funcionário já fechando-a e disse que o serviço estava pronto, mesmo assim não fui avisado.
 Lousy service, as I left the car for repair on a Friday and it was said that the service would be ready on Saturday. I waited until 3 pm and there was no call, I decided to go to the store, when I arrived, find an employee already closing it and said that the service was ready, even so I was not warned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa se dispôs em consertar meu carro e me convenceu a rebocar o veículo até a empresa, reboque feito por ela mesma e que deixo claro ser muito bem feito e até aqui, a melhor que já contratei.
Contudo houve muita demora em prestar um diagnóstico do meu carro, um Audi A3 2002 e que findou não sendo feito após 3 semanas.

Todavia o gerente se portou de sinceridade e manteve contato durante os dias em que esteve em posse do carro e concordamos em cancelar o serviço.

O carro foi levado para Fortaleza por minha escolha e fui muito bem amparado pela equipe.

Outro detalhe é que a empresa conta com muitas peças ali mesmo no local e transmite mais conforto ao realizar um serviço, mas há uma grande falha no quesito tempo de entrega.
The company was willing to fix my car and convinced me to tow the vehicle to the company, towing done by itself and that I make it clear to be very well done and so far, the best I've ever hired.
However, there was a long delay in providing a diagnosis of my car, a 2002 Audi A3, which ended up not being done after 3 weeks.
