★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O edifício Arábica é um prédio antigo em meio a novos prédios da região. Porém é bastante conservado. Na entrada sempre tem um porteiro e a autenticação é exigida. Elevadores bons. A única ressalva é referente ao horário de manutenção que é o mesmo de horário administrativo, causando transtorno.
 The Arabica building is an old building amid new buildings in the region. However, it is very conserved. There is always a doorman at the entrance and authentication is required. Good elevators. The only caveat is the maintenance schedule, which is the same as the administrative schedule, causing inconvenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio um pouco antigo, mais bem conservado. Na, entrada tem a segurança habitual ande se checam ID e digitais. Perde duas estrelas pois no local o estacionamento é muito ruim e não tem vagas para visitantes.
Condo a little old, best preserved. In the entrance is the usual safety walk was checking ID and digital. Loses two stars for on-site parking is very bad and has no places for visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edíficio bem localizado e bem estruturado. Estive lá para uma consulta médica e gostei bastante da infra estrutura, que inclusive é acessiva com rampas.
Building well located and well structured. I was there for a medical appointment and I really liked the infrastructure, which is even accessible with ramps.
