★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um prédio a beira mar, um dos mais antigos prédios da avenida boa viagem, tem feito uma reforma e reestruturação que vai embelezar o prédio e o bairro de boa viagem, os apartamentos são de tamanho razoável e muito bem ventilados, os funcionários são ótimos, minha experiência com eles foi boa, para quem tem o sonho de morar na famosa avenida boa viagem é um ótimo local para se buscar apartamentos pois comparado aos novos prédios da famosa avenida, é um dos prédios com valor do apartamento mais baixos por ser antigo e por estar passando por reformas, mas após as reformas a valorização é inevitável.
