Para os que pensam em morar neste edifício, é um local familiar muito bom de morar, mesmo sendo uma torre apenas, sem vaga de garagem, sem piscina, sem área de lazer, sem academia, é um edifício bem antigo porém conservado. Para um edifício que não dispõe de nenhum desses atributos, acho o condomínio um pouco salgado q está em torno de 400 reais... Ah o condomínio conta com salão de festas (pago) cerca de 100 reais para alugá-lo e possui 2 elevadores modernos para atender os 8 andares.
Very nice building, very well maintained! For those who are thinking of living in this building, it is a very good family place to live, even though it is just a tower, no parking space, no swimming pool, no leisure area, no gym, it is a very old but well preserved building. For a building that doesn't have any of these attributes, I find the condominium a little salty, which is around 400 reais... Ah, the condominium has a ballroom (paid) around 100 reais to rent and it has 2 elevators modern to suit the 8 floors.
