Nos adquirimos 1 router laser e um eliminador de fumaça, a router já foitrocada diversas vezes e o eliminador foi devolvido pois não elimina nada. Suporte terrivel, pessoas despreparadas ao extremo, supervisores que dizem que irão resolver seu problema e nem retorno te dão. EMPRESA NOTA 0

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa que não respeita os clientes e vendem equipamentos PESSÍMOS, comprei uma router laser deles e em menos de 6 meses a máquina já foi trocada 3 vezes, e esta quebrada novamente. Suporte e atendentes despreparados, nem conhecimento técnico dos equipamentos tem. Comprei junto um eliminador de fumaça e esse tive que devolver pois não cumpre o que promete. Não recomento para ninguém. Não coloquem seus sonhos comprando equipamentos dessa empresa, pois vai virar pesadelo com certeza
Company that does not respect customers and sell PESSÍMOS equipment, I bought a laser router from them and in less than 6 months the machine has already been replaced 3 times, and it is broken again. Na hora que precisar falar com assistência técnica é muito RUIM não respondem, falta de respeito com os consumidores, ter que falar com eles é muito desgastante. Na hora que VOCÊ precise comprar algum produto POR FAVOR compra de outra empresa. Eu devi ter comprado de outros. ARREPENDIDO
