Edifício com serviço de lavanderia Omo compartilhada paga que muito me ajudou, Home Market no hall que também me ajudou com comidas e bebidas ambos por apps super práticos, vaga de garagem rotativa, isso é ótimo, pois já morei em locais com vaga fixa e é um tremendo estresse.
Excelente localização, perto do Shopping Recife, dá pra ir a pé na padaria tomar café da manhã e comprar coisas de mercadinho que também tem lá, com a farmácia Pague Menos do lado, posto de gasolina na rua ao lado. Ótimos restaurantes e bares próximo. Uns 6 a 8 min de carro da praia no ponto do Castelinho, local que dá pra tomar banho, é só ficar de olho na maré se está baixa e aí é tranquilo devido aos corais.
Tentei ir na piscina da cobertura um dia, mas infelizmente estava em manutenção.
Os porteiros e demais funcionários são educados e atenciosos. Além da unidade que fiquei da Kátia no 1403, muito bem projetada, confortável e clean do jeito que gosto e o melhor de tudo como disse acima, aceita pets.
Desfrutamos de tudo isso com nosso filho de quatro patas que está sempre conosco.

Building with shared Omo laundry service which helped me a lot, Home Market in the hall which also helped me with food and drinks both for super practical apps, rotating parking space, that's great, as I've lived in places with fixed parking space and it's tremendous stress.
Excellent location, close to Shopping Recife, you can walk to the bakery to have breakfast and buy things from the grocery store there, with the Pague Menos pharmacy next door, a gas station on the next street. Great restaurants and bars nearby. About 6 to 8 minutes by car from the beach at Castelinho point, where you can take a bath, just keep an eye on the tide if it's low and there it's quiet due to the corals.
I tried going to the rooftop pool one day, but unfortunately it was under maintenance.
The doormen and other employees are polite and attentive. In addition to the unit I stayed at Kátia in 1403, very well designed, comfortable and clean the way I like it and best of all, as I said above, it accepts pets.
We enjoy it all with our four-legged son who is always with us.
It was great, would go back. ✌?
