★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hospedado em dos flats da proprietária Jacirema, uma pessoa simpática que me ajudou muito. A localização é excepcional, o flat é ótimo, a piscina é maravilhosa e a vista é sensacional. Recomendo.
I stayed at one of the flats owned by the owner Jacirema, a friendly person who helped me a lot. The location is exceptional, the flat is great, the pool is wonderful and the view is sensational. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoramos a estadia nesse edifício, alugamos um flat por dois dias e a proprietária foi muito solícita, local aconchegante, edifício próximo a tudo, cozinha bem equipada.
We loved the stay in this building, we rented a flat for two days and the owner was very helpful, cozy place, building close to everything, well equipped kitchen.

Possui ótima localização, é perto de tudo, perto do carrefour para fazer compras, tem restaurantes, lanchonetes, farmácias, posto, de tudo por perto. É um local bem calmo e silencioso, possui uma piscina na cobertura e serviço de lavanderia no térrio. Pode se comprar galões de água no próprio prédio. Fiquei hospedado por uma semana em um flat bem aconchegante e já com vontade de voltar. Muito próximo a praia tambem, mas o banho não é aconselhável devido a risco de ataque de tubarão. A única coisa que não gostei foi que se pedir qualquer coisa por entrega, seja comida, remédio, o que for, tem que descer até a portaria para buscar, não deixam o entregador subir.
Great place to rent an aptm and spend a season. It has a great location, is close to everything, close to the carrefour for shopping, has restaurants, cafeterias, pharmacies, gas station, everything close by. It is a very calm and quiet place, has a rooftop pool and laundry service on the ground floor. Gallons of water can be purchased in the building itself. I stayed for a week in a very cozy flat and already wanting to come back. Very close to the beach too, but swimming is not advisable due to the risk of shark attack. The only thing I didn’t like was that if you ask for anything by delivery, be it food, medicine, whatever, you have to go down to the concierge to pick it up, they don’t let the delivery man go up.

Ótimos funcionários, limpo, incluindo a piscina, organizado, com bastante vagas no estacionamento, prevenções COVID-19 e boa localização. É possível comprar água no próprio prédio, pela sua localização é possível ir andando a praia, mercados, farmácias, hortfruit, padarias e lanchonetes, como também ir ao shopping andando uns 15min
Great place. I've been living here for 6 months and I have nothing to complain about. Great staff, clean, including the pool, organized, with plenty of parking spaces, COVID-19 precautions and good location. It is possible to buy water in the building itself, because of its location it is possible to walk the beach, markets, pharmacies, hortfruit, bakeries and snack bars, as well as go to the mall walking for about 15 minutes
