★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já morei neste prédio no centro de São Paulo por um ano, a vista é linda. Como todo prédio antigo tem seus problemas. Um lugar muito bem localizado, no bairro Bela Vista. Quando passo na região, vejo que não mudou muito o prédio. Pena que atualmente tem muita gente morando na rua em todas cidades brasileira e mundial. Na proximidade tem estacionamentos bem baratos para quem quer passear no centro de São Paulo ??♥️???❤️???
I've lived in this building in downtown São Paulo for a year, the view is beautiful. As every old building has its problems. A very well located place, in the Bela Vista neighborhood. When I pass in the region, I see that the building hasn't changed much. Too bad there are currently a lot of people living on the street in all Brazilian and world cities. Nearby there are very cheap parking lots for those who want to walk around the center of São Paulo ??♥️???❤️???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cláusula de multa é ilegal, tendo em vista ser de três mil reais, superando em muito o valor de três taxas condominiais. Obs.: Nunca dei causa a qualquer sanção, apenas analisei as regras escritas e encontrei inconsistências jurídicas.
A síndica (na época, Sra. Eunice Fagundes) abusa ao mandar eu subir 4 andares carregando um galão de água de 20l., apenas porque o elevador de serviços estava inoperante. Neste caso, deveria prevalecer a razoabilidade e eu poderia subir pelo elevador social.
The fine clause is illegal, as it is three thousand reais, far surpassing the value of three condominium fees. Note: I never gave rise to any sanction, I just analyzed the written rules and found legal inconsistencies.
The landlord (at the time, Ms. Eunice Fagundes) abused her by sending me up 4 floors carrying a 20 liter gallon of water, just because the service elevator was inoperative. In this case, reasonableness should prevail and I could go up by the social elevator.
