★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente prédio só de Studios, com áreas comuns muito bonitas e funcionais. O bicicletário tem área para consertos e 3 bicicletas do condomínio para uso via reserva gratuita. O salão de festa é lindo e a academia enorme e bem equipada, mas o ponto alto é a churrasqueira e o jardim onde ela se insere. Não tem piscina e as instalações de coleta de lixo tem deficiências que se sente pelo nariz.
Excellent building only for Studios, with very beautiful and functional common areas. The bike rack has an area for repairs and 3 condominium bicycles for use via free reservation. The ballroom is beautiful and the gym is huge and well equipped, but the highlight is the barbecue area and the garden where it is located. It has no swimming pool and the garbage collection facilities have deficiencies that you can feel through your nose.
