The elevator doesn't go to the garage. I think it's absurd, because people with children and people with disabilities ♿ need to walk in the rain and sun to the garage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prédio tranquilo de morar sempre bem limpinho. Os porteiros e pessoal da limpeza são bem educados. Um grande ponto negativo é a garagem vaga uma na frente da outra dividindo com outro apartamento aonde outras pessoas precisam manobrar seu carro. O sensor do portão eletrônico fecha muito rápido e bateu no meu carro. E a rampa até a garagem é longa e descoberta em dias de chuva fica complicado. Piscina muito rasa mas creio que pode ser por segurança.
Quiet building to live always very clean. Doormen and cleaning staff are very polite. A big negative point is the parking space one in front of the other sharing with another apartment where other people need to maneuver their car. The electronic gate sensor closes too fast and it hit my car. And the ramp to the garage is long and uncovering on rainy days is complicated. Very shallow pool but I think it could be for safety.
