★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morei por 1 ano e alguns meses e posso dizer que possui uma excelente localização, rua segura e tem tudo por perto ( todos os bancos, delagacia, padaria, mercados, shoping , lojas, material de construção, restauras, faculdade, todo tipo de serviço, Ibirapuera...). Também possui ótimos funcionários do condomínio com destaque para o zelador José Edilson que é uma simpatia de pessoa , sempre atencioso e muito prestativo. A estrutura do condomínio não deixa a desejar. Moraria la novamente se fosse oportuno.
 I lived for 1 year and a few months and I can say that it has an excellent location, safe street and has everything close by (all banks, police stations, bakeries, markets, shoping, stores, construction material, restaurants, college, all kinds of services , Ibirapuera...). It also has great employees in the condominium, especially the caretaker José Edilson who is a kind person, always attentive and very helpful. The structure of the condominium is not lacking. I would live there again if it was timely.
