★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prédio único, não é bom para crianças, casal com criança pequena de até 5 anos atende, maiores que isso não indico. Não tem academia o apartamento e grande, bem fora dos novos padrões, o local é ótimo ao lado do mercado acesso a rede hortifruti acessível ao centro da freguesia, faz tudo a pé. A piscina do prédio é boa, mas só pega sol na parte manhã, motivo este que ela é pouco frequentada. Tem salão de festa e área gourmet, ambas ótimas, mas os moradores reclamam de música.
Single building, not good for children, couples with small children up to 5 years old are available, larger than that I do not recommend. There is no gym, the apartment is large, well outside the new standards, the location is great next to the market access to the hortifruti network accessible to the center of the parish, everything is on foot. The building's swimming pool is good, but it only gets sun in the morning, which is why it is little frequented. It has a party room and gourmet area, both great, but residents complain about music.
