★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei um apartamento neste edifícil (ap terrio ) fui apresentado neste difícil pelo senhor Éder corretor da imobiliária a Bela vista na data de 15 de setembro de 2017 morei lá por um bom tempo paguei meus aluguéis certo ao devolver a chave do apartamento dia 14..05.20 ao assinador a documentação ficaram de fazer 2 a 3 orçamentos e como de praxe devolverem o cheque caução até hoje dia 27.01.2022 não recebi
Pois até agora só me apresentaram um orçamento abusivo e eu não aceito nessas condições , gostaria que alguém responsável pelo condomínio revesse essa situação e me dá um retorno.
