★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meus móveis ficaram bons, porém faz quase 9 anos que foram instalados. Fiz parte do apartamento DellAnno, parte Italínea e parte com Altino. Sou bastante cuidadosa, DellAno e Italínea estão em perfeito estado, mas os móveis feitos pela marcenaria Altino já apresentaram vários problemas, tanto nos metais como na parte de madeira. As peças de metal são ruins, o acabamento é muito inferior também. Os móveis não são tamponados. Precisa fazer orçamento e analisar porque a qualidade é bastante notável.
My furniture was fine, but it's been almost 9 years since it was installed. I was part of the DellAnno apartment, part Italínea and part with Altino. I am very careful, DellAno and Italínea are in perfect condition, but the furniture made by the Altino carpentry has already presented several problems, both in the metals and in the wood part. The metal parts are bad, the workmanship is very inferior too. The furniture is not buffered. You need to budget and analyze because the quality is quite remarkable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A instalação dos meus móveis foi finalizada em abril de 2021. Na ocasião, prometeram fazer uma revisão para corrigir possíveis falhas - o que, de fato, havia. Até hoje, a revisão nunca foi feita. Entrei em contato diversas vezes e sempre garantiam ir nos próximos dias, mas não apareciam. A última tentativa de conseguir a revisão foi feita em dezembro de 2021, também sem sucesso. Resumindo, tenho armários cujas portas de correr estão desalinhadas e barulhentas, outras que foram fixadas com 1 parafuso apenas. Na cozinha, instalaram a despensa com o MDF danificado, com fita de borda soltando no armário do forno, e armários desalinhados com a bancada. Fora o pó dentro de alguns armários e os riscos feitos com caneta e lápis que eu mesma precisei limpar, pois deixaram passar.
Enfim, não recomendo. A qualidade do serviço deixa muito a desejar. Um marceneiro amador consegue entregar a mesma coisa pela metade do preço, sem exagero.
The installation of my furniture was completed in April 2021. At the time, they promised to do a review to correct possible flaws - which, in fact, there was. To this day, the review has never been done. I contacted them several times and they always guaranteed to go in the next few days, but they didn't show up. The last attempt to get the review was made in December 2021, also without success. In short, I have cabinets whose sliding doors are misaligned and noisy, others that were fixed with just 1 screw. In the kitchen, they installed the pantry with damaged MDF, with edge tape coming off the oven cabinet, and cabinets misaligned with the countertop. Apart from the dust inside some cabinets and the scratches made with a pen and pencil that I had to clean myself, because they let it go.
Anyway, I don't recommend it. The quality of service leaves a lot to be desired. An amateur woodworker can deliver the same thing for half the price, without exaggeration.
