Ainda estão fazendo melhorias na estrutura, e a taxa de condomínio pesa um pouco no bolso. Mas, no geral, para quem procura um lugar bem localizado e calmo para morar, vale a pena.
 I know people who live in this condominium and I usually go there. It's very quiet, really familiar. The porters are super attentive. They are still making improvements in the structure, and the condo fee weighs a little in the pocket. But overall, for those looking for a well located and quiet place to live, it's worth it.
