★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, não existe síndico, tem um apartamento onde os moradores dão festa todo final de semana que vara a madrugada, até polícia foi chamada, total desrrespeito com as leis.
Moradores dos prédios não respeitam a lei do silêncio e fazem baderna em dias de jogo, não recomendo à ninguém que busca tranquilidade procurar este lugar, eles se comportam como animais

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bom de morar. Tranquilo e bem organizado. O valor da taxa de condomínio é uma das mais baixas da região. O ponto negativo é um Society que tem na rua lateral que nos dias de festa incomoda bastante.
Good place to live. Quiet and well organized. The value of the condominium fee is one of the lowest in the region. The negative point is a Society that is on the side street that on party days is very uncomfortable.
