A comunidade deste edifício é unida em eventos, todavia a comunidade no dia a dia não é tão inclusiva.
O acesso a deficientes é ótimo, as opções de lazer são poucas mas são pouco utilizadas oque faz o lazer ter uma experiência muito boa quase que privado (em horários comerciais pelo menos). No que se diz respeito a opções de lazer o condomínio conta com uma piscina, quadra e duas churrasqueiras não sou totalmente satisfeito com as opções de lazer pois conhecendo o lucro do condomínio eu sei que eles podem fazer mais opções.
Os apartamentos são bons confortáveis e razoavelmente ventilados a experiência é boa pra razoável.Dependendo do preço é algo que vale a pena investir.

The community of this building is united in events, however the community in the day to day is not so inclusive.
Access to the handicapped is great, the leisure options are few but they are little used which makes the leisure have a very good experience almost private (at least business hours). As far as leisure options the condo has a pool, court and two grills I am not totally satisfied with the leisure options because knowing the profit of the condo I know they can make more options.
The apartments are good comfortable and reasonably ventilated the experience is good for reasonable. Depending on the price is something that is worth investing.
