★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um plano recorrente no cartão de.credito..e por motivo de força maior não frequentei a academia..tentei negociar o meu plano colocando outra pessoa na academia mesmo que eu perdesse um ou 2 meses de mensalidade e eles ganhassem outro aluno por um ano..mas eles são inegociaveis..enfim não querem perdem um centavo mesmo que seja para ganhar..um absurdo nós tempos atuais....me decepcionei total..outra coisa o atendimento ao cliente nesses casos não se resolve no balcão.. somente por e-mail......me senti destratada não indico a ninguém.. justamente pela administração..o contrato é totalmente leonino..cuidado
I made a recurring plan on the de.credito card..and due to force majeure I didn't attend the gym..I tried to negotiate my plan by putting someone else in the gym even if I lost one or 2 months of tuition and they gained another student for one year..but they are non-negotiable..in short, they don't want to lose a penny even if it's to win..absurd in current times....I was totally disappointed..another thing, customer service in these cases is not resolved at the counter. .only by e-mail......I felt mistreated I don't recommend it to anyone..precisely by the administration..the contract is totally leonine..be careful
