O local tem área de lazer e estacionamento próprio, ao lado do prédio tem uma padaria para tomar um café expresso, outro ponto positivo é a localização próximo a Paulista.
 Perfect place to stay for a small space of time in a well located location with security and cozy. The place has leisure area and own parking, next to the building has a bakery to have an espresso, another good point is the location near Paulista.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O flat em si é bom. Mas na Bela Cintra existe opções melhores. Os funcionários da recepção são mal-educados, grosseiros e rudes. Não volto mais e não recomendo, a não ser que você goste de ser mal tratado. Lamento a administração não fazer nada a respeito. Viajo muito e está foi a pior equipe com a qual me deparei. Decepção!
The flat itself is good. But in Bela Cintra there are better options. Reception staff are rude, rude and rude. I won't be back and I don't recommend it unless you like being treated badly. I'm sorry the administration doesn't do anything about it. I travel a lot and this was the worst team I came across. Disappointment!
