Muitos moradores barulhentos a noite, em especial os das unidades que ficam nos fundos quando dão festas até 2h, 3h da manhã na varanda com o pretexto de pequenez que "é minha casa". Já existem reclamações disso em imobiliárias que disseram que isso desvaloriza o imóvel.
