A minha comprei com alguns meses, mandei colocar mais ouro, passaram vários meses com ela qundo entregaram estava faltando grama, mandei de volta quase não chega a tempo do casamento, veio sem a data e não me devolveram a nota fiscal, pegaram ela pra fazer uma nova pq teria mais ouro faz mais de 1 ano isso. Não fui mais atrás, deveria ter colocado no Procon
Bad service, no deadline, no commitment to the customer. My brother bought 18k wedding rings and when it came it was not even 16 it changed color.
Mine I bought a few months ago, I ordered more gold, they spent several months with it when they delivered it was missing grass, I sent it back just in time for the wedding, it came without the date and they didn't return the invoice, they took it to do it a new one would have had more gold for over 1 year. I didn't go any further, I should have put it on Procon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não há comprometimento com o cliente, avisa que vai fazer entrega em um dia e não aparece nem para avisar que não pode fazer a entrega. Absurdo isso, quando é para vender é 5 estrelas mas a entrega do produto é uma enrolação só.
