★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei uma escola que tivesse referência na área de aviação que fosse homologada pela anac (verifiquei na anac a situação da escola) e achei que estaria fazendo a melhor escolha. Fiz minha matrícula e estava tudo certo para iniciar o curso no dia 03/12, no dia que iniciaria o curso eu recebi o e-mail (que só vi no dia 04) da escola informando que a turma teria sido adiada por falta de alunos. No e-mail fui informada que no dia seguinte ou seja 04/12 eu receberia o novo calendário e no dia seguinte dia que eu liguei para a escola e soube do adiamento a Daiane me informou que a Vivian tinha mandado o e-mail para todos os alunos a mesma foi super grossa nem um pouco gentil e paciente acho que faltou respeito com o aluno poderiam ter me ligado, mandando um WhatsApp um SMS antes do início da turma não no dia que estava programado para iniciar. Fiquei desapontada com a falta de organização da escola.
I looked for a school that had a reference in the aviation area that was approved by anac (I checked the school's situation with anac) and I thought I would be making the best choice. I enrolled and everything was fine to start the course on 12/3, on the day the course started I received the email (which I only saw on the 4th) from the school stating that the class had been postponed due to lack of students . In the email I was informed that the next day, that is 12/04, I would receive the new calendar and the next day I called the school and learned of the postponement, Daiane informed me that Vivian had sent the email to everyone the students were super rude, not at all kind and patient, I think there was no respect for the student, they could have called me, sending a WhatsApp or SMS before the class started, not on the day it was scheduled to start. I was disappointed with the lack of organization at the school.
