Tenho um Sandero Stepway 2010 e já fui muito enrolado em oficinas de Fortaleza, com mecânicos escrotos que me empurravam manutenções aleatórias pra me tomar dinheiro.
Já o Eduardo teve uma abordagem prática e honesta. Botou meu carro para fazer incríveis 12,5km/l na cidade, e incríveis 14,5km/l na estrada (meu Stepway é 1.6 16V, e eu costumo pisar bastante na estrada; esse consumo é excelente para um carro desse!). Além disso, tem paciência para responder minhas perguntas sobre absolutamente tudo: mecânica, elétrica, injeção eletrônica, compra de pneus, tudo (e eu pergunto mesmo!).
Cheguei a essa oficina atrás de prestação de serviço e ganhei um amigo.
I have no words to say how grateful I am to Robert for referring me to Eduardo's workshop! Excellent professional - very honest and competent. Eduardo took a practical and honest approach.
