I didn't see it, nothing much ... quiet place take your doubts and answer you by name, MASSSSSS ... that even calls you by name if you bought it, then you can go ahead five hundred times that they won't even remember you. it's a shame ... Other than that it's a regular store!

Nossa um email comercial é tão grave assim? Ou seria medo de cobranças? To fora dessa loja, péssimo atendimento até pessoalmente
Lousy service, I called asking for the name of the store owner to send a presentation of the company I work for as I am an official distributor of games and informatics and Ana who answered the phone said she couldn't give me the name of the buyer or owner, that she I couldn't pass on information. Is a commercial email that serious? Or was it fear of charges? To outside this store, terrible service even personally

Mas foi muito bom o atendimento e a rapidez deles foi muito boa eu peguei a foto do jogo e o atendente já me entregou e falou pra ir pagar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa loja não oferece um bom atendimento com funcionários despreparados e perdidos que não sabem dar uma posição sobre meu aparelho q está la a duas semanas e além do mais eu ja opitei em comprar um console novo e sem uso para não ter esse tipo de constrangimento porem estava enganado pq no dia da compra eles oferecem uma assistência no local rapida e pratica, porem isso é tudo conversa furada pq estou passando um baita constrangimento e ja estou quase a ir procurar os meus direitos perante a lei.
Não indico a ninguém péssima qualidade...
This store does not offer good service to unprepared and lost employees who do not know how to give a position on my device that is there for two weeks and moreover I already opted to buy a new and unused console not to have this kind of embarrassment but I was wrong because on the day of purchase they offer a quick and practical onsite assistance, but this is all bullshit because I am having a lot of embarrassment and I am almost looking for my rights before the law.
I do not tell anyone bad quality ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei meu console pra arrumar lá e infelizmente só prejuízo. Consertaram na primeira fez mais depois de alguns meses qndo a garantia já havia acabado o problema voltou. Resolvi levar em outra assistência na santa Efigênia e lá o game foi aberto na minha presença e o serviço feito na hora onde lá percebi vários parafusos faltando no console inteiro e cabo Flat em más condições. Acho que é obrigação da assistência deixar o produto em perfeita condições e avisar o cliente qndo está faltando algo ou já está na hora de trocar alguma coisa tmb.
Bom resumindo serviço incompleto e ainda por cima mais caro que outros lugares por aí. Falo por experiência.
Melhor perder um pouco de tempo indo até Santa Efigênia mais o serviço sair bem feito e completo.
I sent my console to fix there and unfortunately it's just a loss. They fixed it the first time after a few months, when the warranty was over, the problem returned. I decided to take another assistance in Santa Efigênia and there the game was opened in my presence and the service was done at the time where I noticed several screws missing from the entire console and Flat cable in poor condition. I think it's the service's obligation to leave the product in perfect condition and notify the customer when something is missing or it's time to change something too.
Good in short, incomplete service and more expensive than other places out there. I speak from experience.
Better to waste a little time going to Santa Efigênia but the service is well done and complete.
