★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim o atendimento os atendentes não esclarece algo, eu levei meu Xbox para esta assistencia só para trocar o leitor e demoraram quase 3 semanas para tentar arrumar, fora que nunca eles tem um dia correto para conserta o aparelho, e quando eu busquei o aparelho "pronto", eu instalei na TV e fui conectar no WiFi a placa nem estava mais lá no aparelho instalado, mas claro eu prefiro deixar de lado pois se não vai ficar lá por mais 1 mês.
Too bad the service the attendants do not clarify something, I took my Xbox to this service just to change the reader and it took almost 3 weeks to try to fix it, except that they never have a correct day to repair the device, and when I looked for the device "ready", I installed it on the TV and went to connect the card to WiFi, it wasn't even there in the installed device, but of course I prefer to leave it aside because it won't be there for another month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso total com cliente, já voltei 3 vezes pra deixar um controle de Xbox e não consigo, além de cada hora que eu volto ele aumenta R$20,00 no orçamento, já tinha visto reclamações de pessoas do bairro mesmo assim queremos dar preferência mas com atitudes só decepção, pago o dobro em outro local mas não volto mais, parabéns por deixar um cliente super insatisfeito.
Total neglect with the client, I came back 3 times to leave an Xbox controller and I can't, besides every hour I come back it increases R $ 20.00 in the budget, I had already seen complaints from people in the neighborhood. attitudes only disappointment, I paid twice as much in another place but I will not be back, congratulations on leaving a customer very dissatisfied.

The attendants are friendly, but sell side products claiming to be original. I don't know if they are acting in bad faith or if they are just uninformed.

Não levem seu celular para conserto nessa assistência! Meu celular ficou em torno de duas semanas com eles para conserto devido ter sido molhado. Após uma semana os questionando sobre o conserto, eles me deram um celular que tentei diversas vezes desbloquear conforme pediram para que eu pudesse retirar ele da loja (constrangiram minha mãe insinuando que não iria conseguir desbloquear caso tivesse "achado") porém como não conseguimos, pagamos e trouxemos pra casa, mas percebi que tinham me entregado o celular de outra pessoa. Voltei a loja, devolvi o celular e eles me enrolaram mais quatro dias, até que finalmente disseram que meu celular nao tinha conserto e ainda conseguiram devolver meu celular pior do que já estava. Fora o descaso que tiveram comigo quando questionava sobre o serviço deles.

Do not take your cell phone for repair in this assistance! My cell phone stayed around two weeks with them to be repaired because it was wet. After a week of questioning them about the repair, they gave me a cell phone that I tried several times to unlock as they asked so I could remove it from the store (embarrassed my mom implying that I wouldn’t be able to unlock it if I had "found it") but as we couldn’t, we paid and brought it home, but I realized that someone else's cell phone had been handed to me. I went back to the store, returned the cell phone and they rolled me up for another four days, until finally they said that my cell phone was not fixed and they even managed to return my cell phone worse than it already was. It was the neglect they had with me when I asked about their service.

Não façam nada nesta loja é um descaso puro, falta de atenção, ele só sabem enrolar as pessoas, não tem compromisso e nem consideração pelos clientes e sem fala que o preço nesta loja e a cima do normal e qua do os produtos estão bom, caramente está
