Geladeira deu problema de novo 1 semana depois do conserto. Veio o tecnico arrumou e falou que não daria mais, de problema de novo e veio outra pessoa dizendo que se continuasse o problema era pra ligar. Ligamos 2 vezes, o dono ficou de vir e passado quase 1 semana, não apareceu!

Refrigerator gave problem again 1 week after the repair. We called 2 times, the owner stayed to come and after almost 1 week, he didn't show up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcou de fazer a visita técnica no mesmo dia, próximo ao horário liguei para confirmar, disse que o técnico iria atrasar um pouco, e estou até agora esperando! Resumindo não foi, uma grande falta de respeito com o cliente , por deixar esperando e nem sequer teve a decência de ligar avisando que não iria. Lamentável!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa empresa fez a manutenção de uma máquina de lavar minha, não arrumaram, alem de terem furado uma parte da máquina que começou a vazar agua e não foram sinceros, pois a máquina estava com uma outra peça ruim que não compensava arrumar e eles não avisaram só para ganha o dinheiro, não arrumaram a máquina e foram desonestos, além de não ter um atendimento pontual e que presta, pior empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcam visita 2, 3 vezes e não aparecem e nem te dão satisfação! Deixam os clientes esperando sem saber se irão ou não. É caso de reclamação no PROCON ou até lá no MINISTÉRIO PÚBLICO. Depois quando se chama a imprensa ou um Celso Russomano, ficam com cara de paisagem na tv. Desse jeito vão quebrar.
