★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma loja de roupas femininas e sou cliente da egoiste a algum tempo. Uma cliente comprou duas calças na minha loja da marca egoiste e elas "rasgaram como pano podre". Entrei em contato e falaram q eu podia trazer para troca qdo viesse em São Paulo. Devido a pandemia, demorei a vir. Eles nada fizeram... Me trataram com descaso. Fiquei mto chateada! Pouco caso!
I own a women's clothing store and have been a customer of egoiste for some time. A customer bought two pants at my egoiste store and they "tore like rotten cloth". I got in touch and they said I could bring it back when I came to São Paulo. Due to the pandemic, I was slow to come. They did nothing ... They treated me neglectfully. I was really upset! Little case!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de como muitos comentários que li aqui tivesse algo bom para falar da loja, mais nunca fui tão mal atendida em uma loja de atacado como fui na Egoiste! Tentei falar pelo whats por diversas vezes sem sucesso, resolvi ir até a loja onde por um grande período de tempo fiquei aguardando até alguém me atender depois de ter olhado todas as peças! Fui tratada com pouco caso por todas as vendedoras, percebi enquanto observava que quando clientes antigas entravam, tratamento vip como muitos aqui relataram! Não julguem clientes por aparência e por quantidade de vezes que voltam na loja, vocês não sabem o dia de amanhã! Pretendo não ter que voltar mais, não pelas peças que são lindas, mais preso por um bom atendimento, como faço com todas as minhas clientes!
I would like how many comments I read here had something good to say about the store, but I was never as poorly attended in a wholesale store as I was at Egoiste! I tried to speak on whats for several times without success, I decided to go to the store where for a long period of time I was waiting for someone to answer me after having looked at all the pieces! I was treated with little case by all the salespeople, I realized while observing that when old customers came in, VIP treatment as many here reported! Do not judge customers by appearance and the number of times they return to the store, you do not know tomorrow! I intend not to have to go back, not for the pieces that are beautiful, more stuck for good service, as I do with all my clients!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo ouvir o barulho do trem nos trilhos, e acho um charme a Estação Júlio Prestes, e toda aquela estrutura antiga, a bilheteria toda de madeira, aqueles janelões transparente...o prédio pelo lado de fora é lindo demais!!!
I love to hear the noise of the train on the tracks, and I think the Júlio Prestes Station is a charm, and all that old structure, the all wooden ticket office, those transparent windows... the building from the outside is too beautiful!!!
