A atenção que vc recebe é acolhedora e eu fui atendida pela Rafaela que me tirou um peso da mente me ajudando com a paginação das peças que escolhi. Você compra com eles e eles te ajudam a projetar uma paginação legal para seu ambiente.
Realmente a loja me surpreendeu, estão de parabéns pela atenção com o cliente.

The attention that you receive is warm and I was taken care of by Rafaela who took a weight of the mind helping me with the pagination of the pieces that I chose. You buy from them and they help you design a cool paging for your environment.
Really the store surprised me, they are to be congratulated for the attention with the customer.

Não apenas mostrou as peças, como deu boas sugestões, fazendo comparações e dando todo suporte desde a quantidade necessário afim de economizar e evitar desperdício de materiais, até orientações sobre a aplicação e colocação dos revestimentos.
Os valores são justos, não muito diferentea das lojas de construções, mas com todo o diferencial no atendimento. Recomento tanto na venda como na pós venda.
The store is amazing with a huge variety of coatings. I would like to express my compliment and congratulate Karina, who was fantastic.
Not only did he show the pieces, he gave good suggestions, making comparisons and giving all the support from the quantity needed to save and avoid waste of materials, to guidelines on the application and placement of the coatings.
The values are fair, not unlike the construction shops, but with all the difference in service. I recommend both for sale and after sale.

Eu fui atendido pela Karina, que é bem técnica e ajudou muito com a disposição dos revestimentos e se as cores escolhidas vão ficar boas juntas após a colocação. Os preços são bem acessiveis e bem próximos aos das lojas de materiais de construção. Eu ia comprar apenas um revestimento, acabei comprando todos os revestimentos frios com eles. Mesmo depois da venda a Karina continou dando todo o suporte. Excelente loja, uma imensa variedade de revestimentos, atendimento e pós venda excelente e a vendedora Karina esta de parabéns pelo conhecimento, honestidade e atendimento. Recomendo a loja a todos.
I went to the store looking for a flooring for the bathroom of my apartment that is only found in specialty stores. I was attended by Karina, who is very technical and helped a lot with the layout of the coatings and if the colors chosen will look good together after the placement. Prices are very affordable and very close to those of the building materials stores. I was going to buy just one coat, I ended up buying all the cold coatings with them. Even after the sale Karina continued giving all the support. Excellent store, a huge variety of coatings, excellent after sales service and the saleswoman Karina is to be congratulated for the knowledge, honesty and service. Highly recommend the shop at all.
