Faltou piso laminado, e tive que esperar 1 semana para terminarem, depois de brigar muito ! Não conseguia contato com ninguém, liga não atende manda whatsapp visualiza e não responde. NÃO RECOMENDO !

Na hora da VENDA tive um excelente atendimento, foram super atenciosos e cordiais. Porém na hora da INSTALAÇÃO não tive o bom atendimento que me foi prestado na hora da compra.
O rapaz que fez a instalação além de não ter terminado no prazo esperado, estava trabalhando com má vontade e deixou vários prejuízos tanto no piso colocado quanto nos meus pertences pessoais.
Cheguei a reportar tudo no mesmo dia, mas não tive uma resposta imediata.
Além de me enrolarem, mandaram outro rapaz para consertar e mesmo assim o resultado final não me agradou. EU MESMA tive que me virar para deixar menos pior.
Trabalho bem mediano e por isso, não recomendaria para ninguém.

The boy who did the installation, in addition to not having finished on time, was working with ill will and left several losses both on the floor and on my personal belongings.
I got to report everything on the same day, but I didn't have an immediate answer.
In addition to curling me up, they sent another guy to fix it and even so the final result did not please me. I REALLY had to turn around to make it less worse.
Very average work and therefore, I would not recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tendo uma pessima experiência com Rustic. Estou desde 11/11 tentando colocar meu piso e nada....
Vagner (dono) me.prometeu colocar terca e estou desde ontem mandando msg e ligando e nada de me atender.
Gracas a eles estou pagando condomínio e nao posso me mudar.
Espero que eles cumpram a.segunda data estipulada, pois nao eh a 1x que marcam e nao dao satisfação que nao vao.
NÃO RECOMENDO PELA FALTA DE CONSIDERACAO COM O CLIENTE.
I'm having a really bad experience with Rustic. I've been since 11/11 trying to put my floor and nothing ....
Vagner (owner) promised to put me on the phone and since yesterday I have been sending messages and calling and nothing to answer.
Thanks to them I am paying a condominium fee and I cannot move.
I hope they meet the second date, because it is not the 1x that they mark and they do not give satisfaction that they do not go.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR THE LACK OF CONSIDERATION WITH THE CUSTOMER.

Paguei pelo serviço em novembro e até hoje 28 de janeiro meu serviço não foi concluído.
Senhor Wagner não cumpri com o que fala infelizmente um senhor sem palavra. Guilherme foi na minha casa fez o orçamento e depois morreu, nunca mais me respondeu. Agora estou eu com a casa inacabada e ninguém responde.
