★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atrás do que se dizem especialistas.. Borrachas e mangueiras, eles tem sim..mas não vendem mangueira de jardim pronta menor que 50m..pra uma casa é muito coisa.. decepção.
 I went after what they call experts.. Rubber and hoses, they do have it..but they don't sell ready-made garden hose smaller than 50m..for a house it's a lot.. disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um produto na cor branca com prazo de entrega 3 dias úteis. Após alguns erros da Elastabor, recebi o produto na cor preta após 15 dias a compra.
1- Estar disponível no site um produto que está sem estoque.
2- Demora da equipe em solucionar o problema, esperaram passar o prazo de entrega para avisar que o produto que comprei não tinha estoque.
3- Após eu autorizar a troca pela cor preta, levou mais 5 dias úteis para eu receber, sendo que o prazo inicial eram só 3 dias úteis e o produto já estava pago.
I bought a product in white with a delivery time of 3 business days. After some errors from Elastabor, I received the product in black color after 15 days of purchase.
1- A product that is out of stock is available on the website.
2- Delay of the team in solving the problem, they waited for the delivery deadline to pass to warn that the product I bought was out of stock.
3- After I authorized the exchange for the black color, it took another 5 working days for me to receive it, and the initial period was only 3 working days and the product was already paid for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parei para ver a reforma da loja e ver as novidades fiquei na loja uns 20 minutos . Como não comprei nada fui validar o ticket do estacionamento e o caixa disse que teria que acionar a gente, fiquei mais 10 minutos esperando e a mesma que disse que pelo tempo da minha permanência tinha que ser cobrado um valor de 50,00 .e que eu tinha que ter pelo menos ter passado por um atendente, mais como eu não quis encomendar não chamei ninguém e logo saí. Peço desculpas polo incômodo e não volto mais na loja .
I stopped to see the renovation of the store and to see the news. I stayed in the store for about 20 minutes. As I didn't buy anything I went to validate the parking ticket and the cashier said he would have to call us, I waited another 10 minutes and the same one said that for the time of my stay I had to be charged an amount of 50.00 .and that I had to at least have gone through an attendant, but as I didn't want to order, I didn't call anyone and then I left. I apologize for the inconvenience and will not return to the store again.
