FUJA. NÃO PENSE 2X. SE PUDER IR EM OUTRO CARTÓRIO RESOLVER SEU PROBLEMA, VÁ!
É um dos piores cartórios que tive o desprazer de "precisar" ir na minha vida.
São horas de espera. O tratamento é digno do serviço público dos anos 70.
Se você não puder evitar esse cartório e precisar mesmo ir, fica o aviso: ao adentrar as portas desse local, sua alma estará aos poderes de leviatã, sendo que somente ele decidirá o dia e a hora que você conseguirá sair de lá de dentro.
Leve água, alimentos não perecíveis, uma cruz e algumas cabeças de alho.
Boa sorte, que comecem os jogos!

run away. DON'T THINK 2X. IF YOU CAN GO TO ANOTHER REGISTRY TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM, GO!
It's one of the worst registry offices I've had the displeasure of "needing" to go to in my life.
There are hours of waiting. The treatment is worthy of the public service of the 70s.
If you can't avoid this registry office and really need to go, here's the warning: when you enter the doors of this place, your soul will be under the powers of leviathan, and only he will decide the day and time you will be able to get out of there.
Bring water, non-perishable food, a cross and a few heads of garlic.
Good luck, let the games begin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O cartório não localizou minha certidão de nascimento, mesmo com todos os dados corretos no RG. Tive que fazer tudo por conta própria. O telefone ta indisponível há vários dias. O local é tumultuado e o atendimento é muito demorado, mesmo tendo dezenas de funcionários circulando pelo local. Pra uma repartição nesse tamanho, tem muito oq melhorar.
The notary did not locate my birth certificate, even with all the correct data on the RG. I had to do everything on my own. The phone has been unavailable for several days. The place is crowded and the service is very slow, even with dozens of employees circulating around the place. For a division of this size, there is a lot to improve.

Atendimento demorado, quase parado.
Como é possível um lugar desses ter autorização para funcionar com documentos.
O pior é que cobram taxas por esse péssimo atendimento. Devia PAGAR pela demora e o descompromisso dos funcionários que parecem estar preocupados em passar o tempo, pouco se importando com o atendimento, isso porque o "sistema" é informatizado.
Com um atendimento desses, se fizer o documento de próprio punho, sai mais rápido. HORRÍVEL PROCUREM OUTRO CARTÓRIO!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inicío minha avaliaçao recomendando a todos a procurarem outro cartorio antes de pensarem em ir neste. Cartorio com atendimento super lento e deficiente. Enquanto estava aguardando observei um senhor reclamando da emissao de uma 2 via de certidao com erro de grafia no nome da pessoa. No meu caso solicitei uma segunda via de certidao o qual me direcionaram para o guinche errado ou seja, tive que aguardar mais 30 minutos alem do que ja estava aguardando. A estrutura fisica mau conservada, tais como cadeiras quebradas e etc.
I start my evaluation by recommending everyone to look for another registry office before thinking about going to this one. Notary service with super slow and deficient service. While I was waiting, I noticed a man complaining about the issue of a 2 copy certificate with a misspelling in the person's name. In my case I requested a duplicate certificate which directed me to the wrong tow truck, that is, I had to wait another 30 minutes beyond what I was already waiting for. Physical structure is poorly maintained, such as broken chairs and so on.

Como fazia tempo que eu não ia precisei obter algumas informações, o atendimento na entrada estava confuso com casamentos e público geral um pouco misturado. Porém, quando consegui entrar o atendimento foi rápido para reconhecimento de firma. No demais, o estabelecimento precisa melhorar o fluxo de pessoas.
I visited the site on 11/3/21 at around 9:45 am. As I hadn't been there for a while, I needed to get some information, the service at the entrance was confused with weddings and the general public a bit mixed. However, when I got in, the service was quick for notarization. Otherwise, the establishment needs to improve the flow of people.
