 Electrolux dishwasher did not remove water from washing. Very attentive and professional, the technician Jonas solved the problem. I recommend! Good service too. Scheduled and fulfilled right!

Comprei em 2020 um filtro purificador de água PE11X paguei R$ 600,00 Em apenas 13 meses ( 2 trocas de filtro * (tranquilo) 1 mês após a garantia apresentou uma pane seca. Essa assistência cobrou R$ 355,00 para arrumar um filtro de 600,00 ???????? COMO ASSIM ISTO É ROUBO, ISTO É SAFADEZA
... NÃO É JUSTO estou muito insatisfeito e indignado. Não recomendo nem ELETROLUX e nem está Assistência, por estas e outras que o país e seu povo sofre.
Vamos acordar povo brasileiro TODO PODER EMANA DO POVO. Fiquem bem...

I bought a PE11X water purifying filter in 2020, I paid BRL 600.00 In just 13 months (2 filter changes * (quiet) 1 month after the warranty, it had a dry pan. This assistance charged BRL 355.00 to fix a filter from 600.00 ???????? HOW DO YOU LIKE THIS IS THEFT, THIS IS NAUGHTY
... IT'S NOT FAIR I'm very dissatisfied and outraged. I do not recommend either ELETROLUX or this Assistance, for these and others that the country and its people suffer.
Let's wake up Brazilian people ALL POWER EMANS FROM THE PEOPLE. Stay safe...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você que mora nos arredores da Penha, achou essa empresa no Google e pensou: “que sorte, uma assistencia tecnica da Eletrolux aqui perto!”, um conselho: procure outro lugar. Deixei meu filtro lá um mês para manutencao e não só nao o arrumaram como ainda NÃO PODIAM PASSAR UM PRAZO! Veja: não estou falando de um foguete da NASA. Era um FILTRO DE ÁGUA. 1 MÊS. Fora o atendimento horrivel.
Ande um pouco mais, no Carrao, Sao Miguel, Tatuape, ta cheio de assistencia da Eletrolux. Poupe-se de passar raiva.
You who live on the outskirts of Penha, found this company on Google and thought: “how lucky, a technical assistance from Eletrolux nearby!”, a piece of advice: look elsewhere. I left my filter there for a month for maintenance and not only did they not fix it but they still COULDN'T PASS A DEADLINE! See: I'm not talking about a NASA rocket. It was a WATER FILTER. 1 MONTH. Aside from the horrible service.
Walk a little further, in Carrao, São Miguel, Tatuape, it's full of assistance from Eletrolux. Save yourself getting angry.
