No dia 4/3/21 retirei um celular que mandei consertar nessa loja Gigante Assist. Téc. Espec. no valor de R$600,00, que me foi devolvido em principio aparentemente perfeito, como era o meu aparelho reserva chegando em casa guardei na gaveta, no dia 24/4/21 resolvi dar uso ao celular e quando eu liguei ele estava com parte da tela preta, como ainda estava na garantia da loja retornei a mesma para solicitar o conserto, pois era óbvio que havia sido consequência do conserto inicial ( que era a tela quebrada na parte oposta e, esse defeito não existia) ocorre que o (suponho eu que seja ) o dono de lá me disse que o aparelho foi entregue bom e estava desse jeito porque eu havia batido o celular, mesmo sem o mesmo apresentar qualquer marca de queda ou arranhadura, duvidando de minha honestidade. Mesmo eu tentando argumentar e o aparelho estando na garantia, esse Sr. além de rude não aceitou cumprir a lei e não providenciou o conserto.
Lamento muito o ocorrido e espero que não aconteça com mais ninguém.
Eu é que amento, pagar um conserto caro 600,00, e não ter o que foi prometido, além de ser mal atendido e oprimido.
Vcs deveriam ser proibidos de trabalhar e lesar pessoas honestas.
Nós não merecemos esse tipo de atendimento
It is not my person to speak ill of anyone or anything, but I need to report this fact so that it does not happen to other people. On 3/3/21 I removed a cell phone that I had fixed at this Gigante Assist store. Tech. Spec. in the amount of R $ 600.00, which was returned to me in apparently perfect principle, as it was my spare device arriving at home I kept it in the drawer, on 4/24/21 I decided to use my cell phone and when I called it it was with part of the black screen, as it was still under the warranty of the store, I returned the same to request the repair, because it was obvious that it had been the result of the initial repair (which was the broken screen on the opposite side and, this defect did not exist) it happens that the (I suppose the owner there told me that the device was delivered good and it was that way because I had tapped the cell phone, even without showing any drop or scratch marks, doubting my honesty. Even though I was trying to argue and the device was under warranty, this man, besides being rude, did not accept to comply with the law and did not provide the repair.
I am very sorry for what happened and I hope it will not happen to anyone else.
I'm the one who suffers, pay an expensive repair 600.00, and not get what was promised, besides being underserved and oppressed.
You should be banned from working and harming honest people.
We don't deserve this kind of service
