★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra de terno , paguei avista tudi certinho , na hora de buscar me entregaram o terno num saco todo amassada , normalmente vem com suporte com zíper coisa mais decente, só levei porque estava precisando, porém não fiquei feliz no pôs venda .

Quando fui na loja Colombo do Shopping SP MARKET em Interlagos comprar duas calças para dar de presente só faltaram me carregar no colo ate cartão fizeram para mim. Hoje (24/06/2014), voltei para trocar as calças pois não serviram me deparei com tremendo descaso o gerente que me tratou tão bem hoje fugiu de mim pois uma calça que você compra por um preço quando você volta uma semana depois já desvalorizou sendo que pague em cada uma R$ 79,90 e uma semana depois valem R$ 59,90, O pior que falei que iria falar com o Gerente (Robson) aquele cara legal da semana passada. Hoje mandou dizer que estava de folga sendo que quando cheguei na loja ele mandou que a vendedora fizesse a troca .A vendedora chamou um tiozinho que falou que não era com ele quando perguntei o nome dele foi irônico e disse JOAQUIM.

When I went to the Colombo store of Shopping SP MARKET in Interlagos to buy two trousers to give as a gift, I just had to carry me on my lap until the card made for me. Today (24/06/2014), I came back to change the pants because they did not serve I came across tremendous neglect the manager who treated me so well today ran away from me because a pants you buy for a price when you come back a week later already devalued being that you pay in each one R $ 79,90 and a week later worth R $ 59,90, The worst I said would talk to the Manager (Robson) that nice guy from last week. Today he said he was off duty and when I arrived at the store he ordered the saleswoman to make the change. The saleswoman called an uncle who said it was not with him when I asked his name was ironic and said JOAQUIM.

Que em anos vem nos vestindo super bem...Meu pai recém falecido só usava a marca Colombo, tanto em camisa como em calças, sapatos e quando tinha promoções então fazia estoque em relógios...que comprava um tanto em produtos e ganhava o relógio...
Equipe Colombo fiquem sabendo que sou GRATO a vocês até então, meu pai amava essa marca, e era feliz em recomendar aos amigos, que perguntavam onde tinha comprado tal, vestimenta...
Hoje eu levo comigo a marca que ele tanto costumava vestir no seu dia dia...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja organizada, não possuem serviço de alfaiataria para ajustes nas roupas (algumas lojas concorrentes ja possuem serviços desse tipo, Garbo, por exemplo). Ainda falta melhorar um pouco o atendimento....alguns pequenos detalhes como dobrar devidamente as roupas compradas tambem fazem a diferença...... comprei uma camisa e parece que embolaram e colocaram na sacola..... entao é isso...falta melhorar alguns detalhes como esses....
Organized store, they do not have a tailoring service to adjust the clothes (some competing stores already have such services, Garbo, for example). There is still a little bit to improve the service ... some small details like folding the clothes you buy also make a difference ...... I bought a shirt and it looks like it was rolled up and put in the bag ..... so that's it. .. some details like these need to be improved ....
